At Ultima we offer a wide range of services for you and your family. Primary care for all ages is the focus for our practice.

We treat a variety of chronic and acute illnesses ranging from the common cold to diabetes. Other conditions commonly seen and treated at Ultima are high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, depression, asthma, sexual dysfunction, infections, pneumonia, and other common conditions.

In addition, for our patient’s convenience we also perform, school, sport and work physicals, Spirometry, EKG, pap smears and blood works on site.

We accept most insurance plans, uninsured are also welcome.
